Wow, really good and not easy but glad I did it! These rides allow for some easier spots but HR still stays elevated so you’re working all the way through. Thanks Melissa!

Great structure on this one, liked the high intervals in pairs. As always, Nicky is good motivator in an understated way. Thanks Nicky!

Really good ride! Lindsay’s enthusiasm is off the charts, lots of encouragement and great instruction! Perfect mix of levels and RPMs. Thank you!

Really liked everything about this one, sprints, hills, in and out of saddle at higher RPM. You outdid yourself! Thank you, Hannah!

Really like this series! Plan to work one of these into my weekly routine. I think these compliment other types of rides very well. Thanks Melissa!

Wow, tough but really good workout, will definitely do this one again. Greg gives just the right amount of instruction and motivation. Thanks!

Great ride, enthusiasm and instruction were terrific. Couldn’t differentiate different songs but was good rhythm to pedal to. Thanks Leo!

First one I’ve done in this series and I really like it. It may seem easy at outset, only blue and green, but it’s not. I still reached 85% max hr at times. Plan to slip one of these series rides into my week. A great compliment to other type of rides. Thanks Hannah!
Wow, what a concept, rides designed to make riders stronger! This is what I like about Keiser, not a lot of fluff just well designed and structured workouts. Thanks Amanda!

Great workout, totally agree with others, Javan brings loads of enthusiasm and expertise. Middle section really took me out of my comfort zone. I’m definitely more tortoise than hare, need to work on high revolutions out of saddle, and in saddle for long periods, couldn’t quite keep up. Great finish! Thanks Javan!
