These rides aren’t bad, easy to follow. Although it prompted “seated” the whole way, I worked in some standing during the second half. It’s a good option to have from time to time but I prefer the instructors.

Like this one, a good mix of cadence. Did notice that video ended with time still on the clock but Chloe had signed off and it was during cool down so nothing lost. Chloe is a good addition to Keiser, hope she stays.
