Truly epic in my opinion. Green and orange w/cadence in the 60’s the whole way may sound easy but if you choose your gears appropriately it’s a great workout, thanks Lluis!

Great ride, you are really inspiring! That said, I’m not getting into a leotard but I do don my speedo to swim laps after the class, but since I’m quite a bit older than you I stay in my back yard so as to not to scare any children! Thanks again for a great work out!
