I didn’t really like this one the first time I did it. I think i might have been tired going into it and was difficult to keep up on the sprints. I tried it again today, my legs were fresher, and I really liked it! A good mix of everything. Thanks!

Low cadence at high gear is my bread and butter so everything to like about this one and sprints to start and finish made this a great workout all in just 30 minutes! Thanks, Nicky!

I’ve red both, I wrote I kinda liked the “Rush” version but not so much this one. Maybe that’s because the Rush was only 30 min. I agree with others the FTP display doesn’t need to be the main focus, maybe smaller and in a corner. How about scrolling nature scenes, ocean, mountains, rivers, lakes, etc. Music is less than inspiring. Glad you’re trying new things but wouldn’t do it again in its current format.

Kinda like this. Graphics easy to follow, especially liked “coming next”. Also liked having some music with vocals. Stats at the end is also a plus for me.

My question, is this the future of “The Ride” or another option?
