Cancellations and Refunds

Website Subscribers

You can cancel anytime, either through the Dashboard > Billing menu or by sending an email to theridehelp@keiser.com. 

Refunds on yearly subscriptions are available within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds are unavailable for annual subscriptions that are past the 30 day mark. We don't currently offer refunds on monthly subscriptions.

App Subscribers

All payments and/or modifications to In-App Subscriptions are processed through the App Store. You will need to request the cancellation and/or refunds directly from the App Store. 

The Ride administrators cannot cancel, refund or otherwise modify your subscription if sign up was initiated through the App Store.
