Would love some new rides by Amanda Lau, especially 45 & 60 min.
I bought a Keiser Spin Bike during Covid-19 and started riding in the July 2020 and boy did I struggled the first few times. I was embarrassed to say I could barely ride 15-20 minutes, I was in bad shape! I stayed with it and quickly progressed to 30min classes, then to 45min, then to 1hr classes a few times a week. I continued to ride 3-4xβs a week and in 2022, I started keeping track of my miles, time, and calories burned. I ended up with a total mileage 2,736 miles. I thought that was quite an accomplishment and in 2023, I made a New Yearβs resolution to break 3,000 miles (250miles a month). I was on track until an injury in July/Aug 2023 and not paying attention to my monthly goals I slipped up and ended up with a year total of 2,835 miles for the year missing my goal of 3,000 mile by 165 miles! I was really disappointed (honestly still alittle pissed) getting so close, but happy I beat 2022 by 100 miles. In 2024, I set the same goal of 3,000 spin miles (250 miles a month) and I am excited to say that I exceeded my 3,000 mile goal and logged a total of 3,188 miles, 353 miles more than 2023!

Posting of 30 minute rides in English are minimal. Is 2 a week (new rides) reasonable? Iβve ridden many repeats. Frustrating when this is a paid app. Thank you!
Is there a way to mark rides as a favorite would love to be able to pull up favorite rides..
Amanda Lau is an incredible instructor and it would be great to get new rides since her last new ones were in December. Thank you!
