Thanks Andy

One of our main goals for 2023 is to offer full connectivity between The Ride by Keiser and the Keiser M3i or any other device. In the next few days we will announce a new feature which we are very sure is going to make our riders' community very happy.

Thanks

Happy New Year 2023 Andy!

Thanks for your feedback

Our rides are designed so that you can control the intensity by choosing the method that suits you best: Power, Heart Rate or Perception of Exertion (RPE). Any of the three methods is valid so that you can complete your rides safely and efficiently.

If you have an Indoor Bike that measures power, this is the method we recommend. As you say, estimating your FTP is essential in order to establish Power Training Zones. You can do this by performing a test or by using the tool you can find in this link:

https://theridestudiobykeiser.com/intensityzones/index.html

Remember to use this advice as a starting point to determining your Training Zones and always at your own risk.

Hi Richard, thanks for your feedback on our rides background. We will translate it to our production department. Regarding the HR screen on the MSeries app, it will be included in the next update

Hi Pat. Unfortunately The Ride app doesn’t provide connectivity with the bike yet but you can track your ride with the Keiser MSeries app. Please follow this link: https://theride.keiser.com/programs/collection-4hpapfdhc74?categoryId=92205&permalink=keiser_2on1_final-vermp4-e9203f

Hi Ed

Thanks for your message

Unfortunately The Ride by Keiser is hosted on the native USCREEN app which does not provide connectivity with any indoor bike. Soon The Ride by Keiser will be included in the Keiser MSeries Ecosystem so it will have full connectivity with our cardio equipment.

In the meantime we recommend you to download the new MSeries app update and follow the "GET CONNECTED" video tutorials links, where we explain how to integrate both applications.
