First of all thank you so much for choosing The Ride to train.
At The Ride we deliver 3 different ride workouts formats making sure all our coaches following our training and safety guidelines. RideRace and RideRush are two of our 3 available ride formats where we give our coach the option to decide if the music beat has to be followed or not as the main goal on those rides is to hit the Intensity Training Zones despite of the beat of music.
If you are looking for matching the bpm of the music we recommend you to try RHYTHM format. Those rides are all focused on following the beat of the music while you hit the different trainings zones.
