The Ride

Fresno, CA, United States

Thanks so much for sharing this, James Nearhood  🙏✨We’re really glad to hear the visual prompts helped guide you through the ride and that the subtitles kept you focused 👀

That “move inward and stay on track” feeling is exactly what we’re aiming for with Ride Ready 💙🚴‍♂️Top to hear the music landed too — beat-driven and on point 🎶🔥

Quick tip as well 👇If you go into the video settings, you can choose to listen to the music 🎧 and the instructor’s voice 🎙️ at the same time (coach voice + music option), so you stay connected to the rhythm while still getting guidance from the coach 💪

Thanks again for riding with us and for taking the time to share your experience — it really means a lot 🙌✨

Dear Dave Thalman Thank you so much for riding with us for over six years — and for sharing this with us 💛Our rhythm rides, especially the 30-minute format, are incredibly important to us, and so are our aging riders.

We’re actively working on adding more 30-minute Rhythm rides, designed to keep the flow, the music, and the joy of riding at the center of the experience. You are absolutely not being left behind — you’re part of what makes this community special.

Please keep riding with us, and keep sharing your feedback. It truly helps shape what we build next 🚴‍♂️🎶

Nick Brisson Thanks for your message — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

That’s a great question, and you’re absolutely right to pause on that. In The Ride, the training zone is always the priority. Cadence cues are suggestions, not rules. If increasing cadence from 64 to 80 rpm pushes you out of the orange zone, the right move is to adjust resistance so you stay in the intended intensity.

The goal is to explore how different cadences can still live within the same zone, not to force a specific rpm. Listen to your body, stay in the zone, and make the ride work for you.

Thanks again for riding with us and for engaging so thoughtfully with the class 🙌

Hi Helen Owens Thanks so much for sharing your feedback 💙Totally get it — high RPM isn’t for everyone.

We actually love the idea of adding an RPM range based on the coach’s suggestion. That range is there to give you freedom — usually 5–10 RPM up or down — so you can ride in a way that feels right for you.

Just a little reminder: the cadence the coach calls out is always a recomendation, not a rule. What really matters is that you adjust the RPM to your own abilities and stay in the right intensity zone. Ride your ride 🚴‍♀️✨

Thanks again for being part of the community and helping us make The Ride better 🙌

Jeffrey Hecht Thanks for flagging this 🙏You’re absolutely right — the class is in Spanish (ESP), not English. The title was labeled incorrectly and we’re already fixing it.

Just to clarify, subtitles are available in both English and Spanish, and you can also choose between voice-only or music-only audio options.

Thanks for your patience and for helping us keep everything accurate ❤️

Hi Nancy Pritchard Great question—and thank you for sharing your experience with us.

For us, training zones are king 👑. Staying in the right zone is always the top priority because that’s what truly drives the physiological benefit of the workout. The cadence suggested in our rides is a recommendation, a guideline to help you get there—but it’s not a rule. What really matters is that you choose the cadence that feels most efficient for you so you can remain in the zone the instructor is cueing.

High cadence, especially out of the saddle, is demanding—and it’s absolutely okay to adapt. Efficiency, control, and consistency always win over forcing a number.

It’s inspiring to hear that at 81 you’re still riding, training, and pushing through the workouts. That’s powerful 💙 You may say you’re not the “killer” you used to be—but showing up, staying active, and listening to your body is real strength.

Thank you for continuing train with us at The Ride by Keiser ❤️.

Hi Susan 🌟Thank you so much for your message — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts 🙏At the moment, we’re releasing two new rides every 15 days — one in English and one in Spanish. In the near future, we plan to increase this again and return to publishing up to 8 new classes per month. Our production team and trainers are already working on new sessions 🎥🚴‍♀️

Regarding your question about some instructors: we always try to adapt to their availability. Two new rides from Shana are ready fro recording and will be published soon 🎬✨. As for Hannah and Melissa, they’re currently unavailable for recordings due to their personal projects ❤️We’re also training new instructors who will be joining The Ride soon. Training each new instructor takes time, as we want to ensure the quality and consistency that our riders deserve 💪🔥

Thank you again for your message — feedback like yours motivates us to keep improving and offering the best#enjoytheride❤️
