Hello Dorian Thank you for your message and feedback. We love to know that the new changes we want to introduce soon, are being well accepted by our subscribers. Sergio Velasco's new ride serves as a BETA version for "Caption Subtitles". We want to include this option soon. The idea is to start with two languages, English and Spanish. You will listen from us in the next weeks. Happy Holidays

Hello Maria A Thank for your message, you're welcome!. The feedback from our subscribers is very important to us because we understand that our product's improvement involves incorporating those details that for one reason or another were left behind. Our production team is already working on the tutorials videos that you suggested and that we believe are necessary to make user's experience as good as possible too. Regarding the use and suggestion of GEARS, their correct use has a lot to do with user physical condition as well as train's preferences. For example, GEAR 12 can be easy for one user or too hard for other user. Another aspect is that GEARS' use will influence by your cadence (rpm). Higher rpms will lead you to use lower gears (ex. Flat Road) and lower rpms will lead you to use higher gears (Ex. Climbing). This is why the balance between these two factor (Gears vs Rpms) is critical when it comes to controlling intensity. The other reason why we are not including GEAR's suggestions is because we are not always sure what bike riders are using. We hope they use Keiser M3i but decided to stay as an open indoor cycling training platform. Because we know you're a Keiser M3i's user, we are happy giving you some suggestions for GEARS' use, in combination with your training preferences, physical condition and RPE (Rate Perception of Effort). Gears 5-10 warm up, 8-12 flat road, 10-14 hard flat, 12-16 easy climb, 14-18 hard climb, 16-20+ very hard climb. I hope that helps! The Zone Colors represent how the intensity should feel. Grey, very easy. Blue, easy. Green, moderate. Orange, hard and Red, very hard. If you train having in account your Heart Rate Max then you will need to estimate first your Heart Rate Zones as well as if you choose to train by Power, then you will need to estimate your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) first. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you will need more help. See you at The Ride by Keiser! Happy Holidays!
