Love the mix up of this one and your instruction is my favorite esp the snark ;). One add would be heart rate cues. I have a fancy Garmin watch that disappointingly does not sync with my M3i so I can’t get FTP. Thx always!

P.s. loved the increasing RPM intervals and holding RPM in blue, forced me to maintain higher intensity throughout the workout.

Super loved this one! All the change ups made it go by quickly and the music was paired well with cadence. Nearly hurled at the end - winning ;).
