New to Keiser app, have had the bike about a year but mainly using that “P” company app. So glad Keiser added their own app, workouts are so much better for me. I quickly realized these rides are all about the workout not how many “rides” someone has accumulated or whose birthday it is. Thanks Melissa for a great workout! Hap from Texas

First Ride Race, really like the format, Linda is great instructor, very positive. Very new to Ride still trying to figure out where to be at different levels, breathing hard and sweating so must be doing something right.
