Can always count on Nicky to bring good music and as he said not every ride has to be performance driven. I couldn’t agree more, not every ride has to be hard. I’m not saying his rides are easy because they’re not but he structures rides more around the beat of the music which makes for a fun workout. Thanks, Nicky!

Wow, this one was perfect for me today. It rained all day and I got lazy. I was 2 seconds from jumping in the shower and eating dinner, but I willed myself to do 30 minutes. I logged in and this ride was one of very few I haven’t done yet. Needless to say I’m glad I did, liked everything about it, structure, music, and of course your coaching. Thanks for not letting me be a total slug today!!
