Jovan always seems to provide things you don’t see in other rides and this one follows that pattern. A really good workout in just 30 minutes. I didn’t quite agree with his “fight or flight”analogy in this context. Sometimes fleeing allows you to come back and fight another day. Keep bringing it Jovan, thanks!
