Hi Shana. First, thank you for the class. Loved the science and history part. You pushed me to a new high (gear 20). I have to tell you that I was a bit intimidated when I saw the class. I know that training with you is the best, but it always demands the very best of me. Anyway, altough very hard, it was doable and great fun.
