What a great workour Nicky. I just loved every part of it. Keem 'em comming. Rythm in 30 minutes is just what the body new sometimes. Challenging, hard, but helps me get to the bike knowing that i will be able do to the work and not feel exhausted the rest of the day. Again, thank you. Hola Leo. Intensidad 11 de 10. Música 11 de 10. Entrenador 12 de 10. Construcción del entrenamiento 12 de 10. Wow....que intenso pero como lo disfrute. Los últimos 3 mins fueron bastante dificiles. Hi Melissa. This was sneaky hard. OMG. I knew you could not be trusted...hahahaha. Anaway, thank you. I enjoyed it a lot. Great music, workout and pace. BTW in Mexico breakfast (desayuno) is almost the same as in London. Lunch (comida) is not. Comida is served between 2 and 3 PM and it is the best and fullest meal. Dinner (cena) is also not the same. It is much lighter than comida, almost the same amount as in breakfast but will different types of food. There you go. I hope I explained myself. See you again real soon. Saludos

Hi Javan. My goal was to workout today. I normally skip a day after I have taken 4 or 5 classes straight. Having a 30 minute rhythm class allowed me to skip the rest day, do a very good workout, but without feeling burned out which would cause me to want to rest tomorrow. I hope to see more of this type of classes. See you again real soon. Saludos
