That’s a great question, and you’re absolutely right to pause on that. In The Ride, the training zone is always the priority. Cadence cues are suggestions, not rules. If increasing cadence from 64 to 80 rpm pushes you out of the orange zone, the right move is to adjust resistance so you stay in the intended intensity.

The goal is to explore how different cadences can still live within the same zone, not to force a specific rpm. Listen to your body, stay in the zone, and make the ride work for you.

We actually love the idea of adding an RPM range based on the coach’s suggestion. That range is there to give you freedom — usually 5–10 RPM up or down — so you can ride in a way that feels right for you.

Just a little reminder: the cadence the coach calls out is always a recomendation, not a rule. What really matters is that you adjust the RPM to your own abilities and stay in the right intensity zone. Ride your ride 🚴‍♀️✨

Just to clarify, subtitles are available in both English and Spanish, and you can also choose between voice-only or music-only audio options.
