Our rides are designed to target different power zones (Z1 to Z5), whether you’re sprinting, climbing, building endurance, or pushing your FTP. Each class challenges a different part of your engine.

📊 How do I track it?
Thanks to the Keiser M3i bikes and the Studio Display, you can monitor your watts in real time. You can also test your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) and train with personalized zones. 🚦
