Como no siempre estamos seguros de la bicicleta que usan nuestros usuarios, en nuestros videos no hemos especificado los diferentes niveles de resistencia que marca una Keiser M3i (1-24). Los colores que se muestran en pantalla diferencian cada uno los niveles de intensidad y cómo debe sentirse ésta. Gris, muy fácil. Azul, fácil. Verde, moderado. Naranja, difícil y Rojo, muy difícil. Esto depende que sistema o método que usas para el control de tu intensidad ya sea Potencia, Frecuencia Cardiaca o RPE (Percepción del Esfuerzo). Si pedaleas en una Keiser M3i, podemos darte algunas sugerencias de niveles se resistencia, en combinación con tus preferencias, condición física y RPE. Nivel 5-10 calentamiento, 8-12 terreno plano, 10-14 falso plano, 12-16 escalada fácil, 14-18 escalada dura, 16-20+ escalada muy dura muy dura. Siempre ten en cuenta que estos datos son solo un punto de partida y varía mucho de tu condición física. Lo mejor es utilizar la Potencia o la Frecuencia Cardiaca o bien la combinación de las dos. Hi Dorian, thank you for your feedback. We have been working on adding subtitles to our videos for some time now. We are now in the last testing period and if the feedback is good, we will start after the summer.

Thanks for your feedback Julianne. Our technical team is reviewing Amada's workout. If they find any error with our screen's cue system support, they will fix it as soon as possible. They would do the same if there were other rhythm classes with similar feedback.
