Thanks for “poooshing” me on the bike today. You made me think of Salt n Pepa’s “push it”

When can we expect the next MSeries app update? It’s been over a year and I would like to be able to train by heart rate zones.

Congratulations! Baby Power is on the way. What’s his/her name? Thinking Mo Power is a great name for a cyclist 😂

If there is a baby registry, please post. I’m Thankful for you making a spin bike fun.

I didn’t realize it during the workout, but when I checked my results afterwards, I found that I kept gradually increasing power with each interval. Thanks for motivating me!

Thank you, dream team. Some may think you are a nightmare, but I appreciate you pushing me to do my best workout today.

Loved those early sprints—really warmed up my body on a cold day—and those climbs! I’m betting this one will make it to the “instructors favorite rides” category.

I enjoyed doing this ride today. Sergio’s passion and enthusiasm kept me motivated all the way through

I’ve been enjoying “The Ride” and have been able to measure my FTP improvement. A few requests:

  1. When using The Ride with the MSeries app, you have to use Picture in Picture mode which makes it impossible to see the interval color rectangles. Can you change the background color of the instructors to match the current workout zone? The background light is always blue—it would be nice to have it change color and offer a bigger visual clue of the current training zone.

  2. I use the MSeries app to track my progress. It does a nice job showing power zones by color. Could you have the app developers add a similar screen based on heart rate?
