Fantastic Series. Thank you, Amanda. The 20 min block of work was great and you know just how to structure it to make hard. Great way to end the series.

I've really been enjoying this FTP ride series. Amanda, you make this a success. Your commentary on metrics is fabulous and the variety in workouts is fun. Appreciate what you've created!
