Thanks, Melissa! I liked your format and excellent description of Intensity zones and rpm but I preferred to be in one intensity higher for all of the ride…. Stayed in zone 3 and 4…… was great here! Congratulations! On your upcoming new baby!

Great ride, I liked the parts where you just added speed and didn’t touch the gear even though you moved up a zone in intensity according to watts! 😊
