Really liked this one, I’m stronger doing red zones at lower speeds out of the saddle, so this one worked my weaker areas. Liked the music and always appreciate your coaching! Thank you, Amanda!

Really liked this one but I wanted more than 20 minutes so I paired it with a 20:00 ride w/Sergio. It was like traveling from England to Spain. I didn’t do the 2:00 minute cool down on Melissa’s ride and went right to Sergio’s, ended up with a nice 40:00 workout. Sheer genius if I don’t say so myself. Thanks y Gracias, Melissa y Sergio!

This one was structured perfectly in my opinion. Zones, times, and intensities added up to a great workout and more realistic ride. Plus Lluis’ motivation is off the charts, the fact he’s sweating, toweling and drinking just like me, makes me want to work just as hard as he is. Mil Gracias, Lluis!

Yes, simple format but it works. Did notice the beat was about 68 instead of 70, however, even if you kept to the beat you got a good workout. Thanks, Hannah!

So while looking for a ride I noticed a 19:00 ride by Javan right before this one and thought, what the heck let’s try both. The result was a perfect 49:00 ride. Plenty of variety and a great workout. Thanks Melissa and Javan!

This 19:00 ride and the 30:00 ride right after this queued up perfectly for a nice 49:00 ride! They blended together perfectly to give plenty of variety of rpm’s and resistances. Thanks Javan and Melissa!

Wow, what a great training regimen, way way back in my running days we did sprints like this at varying speeds and distances, it’s not a whole lot easier on a bike. Will definitely do this one again, added to favorites. Thank you, Shana!
