Really good, just what I needed today. Your music is outstanding, would you consider doing a ride rhythm, maybe a little more intense than others? Just a thought, if not keep the rushes coming! Thanks Shana!

Just as good the second time!

Really like this type of ride, nice to have something for the days I’m not quite feeling it. Still a good workout with plenty of variety all in just 30 min! Thanks, Nicky!

Wow, hard but really worth it! Like how it was structured and music helped get through the reds. Glad I did this one, thanks Leo!

Hard but really good. For me I find it best to have an off day before attempting a ride race which usually has more orange and red at higher speeds. This was a great workout, thanks Amanda!

Wow, really good. Great music, loved the Boogy Woogy to start and then on from there! It’s B L D here in states but unlike the Mexican and European form of 2 small meals and heavier meal mid day, most here eat 3 really large meals. Hope the Tour de Espana went well! Thanks Melissa!

Really like the 30 min rhythm class, hope there are more of these. Nice to have something when I’m not quite feeling it. Javan is great, structured the class for a good workout even with less time, no time wasted. Thanks!

Even though I can only understand about 1/4 of what Lluis is saying, he’s one of my favorite instructors. His enthusiasm and expertise is evident in any language. This is a great workout, the long periods in orange is daunting but doable. Mil gracias, Lluis!

Wow, really good, such a good workout. For me personally 30 seconds is about my limit for out of the saddle at 85 in orange, so that was some good work, thanks Hannah!

I think this is one of your best, Melissa. High intensity at lower speed is right in my wheelhouse, so of course I liked this one. Now, I just need to do more of the rides which expose my weaknesses, but, human nature being what it is…. Thank you for all your efforts!
