A really good one! All the rides are very well structured to give you an optimal workout, it’s then up to us riders to choose the gear that works best depending how you’re feeling that day. However, what really makes this whole thing work are the instructors, I haven’t found one I didn’t like, even if they were speaking a different language. Thanks, Lindsay!

Wow, really good and not easy but glad I did it! These rides allow for some easier spots but HR still stays elevated so you’re working all the way through. Thanks Melissa!
