For me it’s simple, I’m here to get better. I think Keiser structures these rides with that purpose first and foremost. Javan helps tremendously with his instruction and motivation! Thanks, Javan!

Really good, liked the different cadences, resistance, in and out of saddle, great workout. Yes on baked beans in States but not so much for breakfast, although I do like a good English breakfast occasionally. Thanks, Melissa!
