Really good workout! Speed out of the saddle is my definite weakness but I felt 78 for 1 minute was doable, however, I still need to work on it. Thanks for your enthusiasm Amanda!

Wow, really liked how this one was structured, really made me work. Doing this one after a day off helped, having fresh legs made a big difference for me. Thanks Shana for your quiet encouragement!

So the intensity for this ride is listed as ā€œall levelsā€. I would agree with that until the last orange section. 88 rpm out of saddle for 1:20 in orange was too much for me. I could hit 88 for maybe 30 seconds but that was it. I even dropped gear but then I was spinning so that didn’t work. Then to be followed by 100 in saddle for 2:00 was too much and became frustrating. I guess I’m a wimp since I won’t be returning to this one. Thanks for your time, instruction and enthusiasm!
