This 19:00 ride and the 30:00 ride right after this queued up perfectly for a nice 49:00 ride! They blended together perfectly to give plenty of variety of rpm’s and resistances. Thanks Javan and Melissa!

Wow, what a great training regimen, way way back in my running days we did sprints like this at varying speeds and distances, it’s not a whole lot easier on a bike. Will definitely do this one again, added to favorites. Thank you, Shana!

Really good ride! First section was hard for me to keep up for full 1:00 at 100+ in red so I may adjust gear next time. Really like how you structure your rides, sorta pyramid like. For me, that’s a great way to increase strength and endurance. Great music and motivation! Thank you!
