I'd like to be able to connect my Keiser M3i to to record Watts.  Currently I am connected to Polar Beat, which sends data, including Heart Rate, to Training Peaks software

Consider adding a "More Like This" button. After a favorite ride, click the button and get a list of similar rides from all the instructors. 

Question to everybody :
Which is the harder class you did in THE RIDE ? … you must tell instructor and name of class

What are the best rides for Zone 2 training? Could we get more of these?

Get ready for the good vibes with the two new Rhythm rides by Lluis Noguer from Mexico and Nicky Lopez from London. Two rides with sensations ranging from challenging, work well down and positive riding energy!  

Experience with Melissa Power the polar opposites of her interval designed ride with 12+ work sets at zone 5 (very hard intensity) combined with zone 2 'easy' recovery sets in just 30 minutes!.


Would love some new 45min and 60 min rides by Amanda Lau. She's such a fantastic instructor.

Taught in Spanish but enjoyed in any language, new Leo’s 45-minute Ride Race is coupled with a great play list and taught with a lot of energy, this ride will inspire you to create your own riding magic.

I’ve been enjoying “The Ride” and have been able to measure my FTP improvement. A few requests:

  1. When using The Ride with the MSeries app, you have to use Picture in Picture mode which makes it impossible to see the interval color rectangles. Can you change the background color of the instructors to match the current workout zone? The background light is always blue—it would be nice to have it change color and offer a bigger visual clue of the current training zone.

  2. I use the MSeries app to track my progress. It does a nice job showing power zones by color. Could you have the app developers add a similar screen based on heart rate?


Nicky Lopez:  The female singer I was asking about comes on with 30 min 20 sec remaining in your Ride Rhythm.  The sings "why can't I get over you.  I still love you".
