OK, I liked that song too. I wouldn’t mind if it was brought back I liked it. This is the second time I’ve done this work out and where they do a lot of 110 I can’t make it there but I’m doing my best. Thank you for the great workout. I’ll keep trying to do better.

This is my second time doing this workout. I really like it a lot. The last two oranges were hard for me I only got sections at the speed requested. But I’ll keep working on it. Thanks for the great workout.
can you explain to me why some instructors say point the toes and some instructors say drop the heels ?

I somewhat feel like I did not do good enough, but I did try my best I hope. That being said, I think you’re an excellent instructor and I really enjoy your classes.
