On vacation from work today and thought, "Rythym Fun" meant for a more gentle ride. Boy was I wrong! Great ride Melissa. Cleaning out the fridge is on my list today and no I've never had a custard cream (US). I will have to look up a recipe.

just finished this ride and loved it, even though it was killer. Melissa's guidance through transitions and posture was excellent!

Wow, Lindsay, your smile is infectious! I just unboxed my Keiser m3i last night and this was my first ride. first impressions of 'The Ride' app is I wish it more seamlessly interacted with the bike and the Keiser m3 series app. I love the layout of the screen it gives you all the information you need throughout the ride. A couple things I wish were included in the class was a stretching session at the end or if a short 5 minute stretching video played automatically after the class finished. I like guided stretching sessions. Another thing as a beginner I would have liked more guidance as to goal gear numbers for blue, orange etc. I had used the Keiser bike in a spin class previously so was OK, but if I had not I think I would have been more frustrated. Lastly, I wish there was an introduction series on this app that included setting up the Keiser m3 bike to your body, and a general introductory class. I'm sure this is on YouTube, but having it on the app as well would be most helpful. I am not sure if this is already available and I couldn't find it or not. I'm sure Keiser is trying to make this app suitable to all spin bikes, but I question how many people use `the ride' with other brands bikes. just my initial thoughts on my first ride with the Keiser m3i and The Ride.
