Fabulous ride selection from your collection. When I started the Ride 18 months ago, you were my first choice in trying out this program. So much to enjoy: the coaching, the format,and music. Great selection for a celebration ride. Prior to joining The Ride community, it was just my music, Keiser bike and me. You and all your colleagues are great motivators from class format,guidance and top music to make me go the distance! Looking forward to 2023 with more new rides👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Definitely one of my favorite rides that I repeat often. The structure of the varied rpm’s gets the heart rate pumping. Great music to inspire!
