I had my first ride class with Lindsay which made my entire experience with Keiser ride to be completely positive. she was absolutely a perfect instructor! so clear in explainations and uplifting with her constant smile! I never thought I would enjoy cycling so much! also in love with her music choices, I’ve since kept coming back to her classes because they are just so so good! thank you so much Lindsay!

I love Melissa’s classes! Her energy and humor seriously stand out from any other instructor I’ve had before. Her genuine enthusiasm is just what I need to pick me up after a long day of work. her class is always super challenging but so worth it! Please keep up the wonderfulness, thank you Melissa!
