loved this workout Jovan!…. the one thing I found hard to do was to be in Blue zone at 110 rpm (I use watts and FTP)…… maybe I should add a bit of resistance even though the watt output exceeds my zone 2?……. loved the variety of speeds and the sprints at the end:)

loved this ride!….. interesting zone 4 at the end seemed so much easier than middle of ride!
