Would love for you to add a lot more ride ready routines, I use them intensely but there are not enough variations

Very challenging ride, thx. On the other hand I think you and all the coaches should think about targeting 78RM or higher standing. I believe it is not realistic at least with well coordinated pedaling. Probably feasible on paper but it doesn’t contribute to proper form in my opinion.
