I love your workouts. But I cannot do 110 that long. I had to slow down. I’ll try to improve.

Unfortunately, after weeks of having a bad ankle and only been able to do light riding, this probably wasn’t the right work out for me to do because I couldn’t keep the RPM and I couldn’t keep resistance. I stayed until the end as best I could. I’m disappointed with myself, but I will try and do better next time
