Thank you for the great ride! It is very hard for me to do it very fast speeds. Yesterday I gave myself a free ride because My legs were tired. Biking is my only exercise. I tried to do Keiser rides Every day. But since I gave myself a free day ride, I felt like I could do the faster speeds better today. I do prefer not so much fast but I’mglad I still try it. Thanks again I really enjoyed your ride
