Es una gran clase con una música genial y unos ritmos fáciles así que para esta nueva idea no está mal …. Aunque con Sergio al frente del manillar se siente de otra manera 141 lpm 450 kcl 17 kms Que os da a vosotros ?

Creo que estos formatos están bien ya que saboreas más la música y si la clase es perfecta , como es el caso , se disfruta casi igual - aunque la mano del mister se nota -

Podríais hacer esto con viejas clases de NOGUER o de González o de Sergio el canario …. Un abrazo !!!
